Fluorescent Light Therapy
Fluorescent Light Energy Therapy with PHOVIA® is a noninvasive treatment that combines a topical photoconverter gel with blue LED light to produce multiple wavelengths of fluorescent light energy. This process, known as photobiomodulation, supports cellular activity involved in skin repair and may help reduce inflammation, promote re-epithelialization, improve collagen organization, and support healthy tissue regeneration. Veterinary studies have reported positive results when PHOVIA is used as part of the treatment plan for selected wounds and dermatologic conditions, including canine pyoderma and acute moist dermatitis. Treatment recommendations and expected results vary depending on the pet’s condition and should be determined by the attending veterinarian.
